Our commitment to cyber resilience

At TwinStream, cyber resilience is fundamental to what we do, the services we deliver and the trust our customers place in us.

Our Board has signed the UK Government's Cyber Resilience Pledge, reinforcing our commitment to strong cyber governance, effective risk management and improving resilience across our organisation and supply chain.

Through this pledge, we commit to three key actions:

1. Making cyber resilience a Board responsibility
   Embedding the Cyber Governance Code of Practice into our governance arrangements and ensuring every Board member completes the NCSC's Cyber Governance Training annually.
2. Strengthening our ability to identify cyber threats
   Participating in the NCSC's Early Warning service to support the timely identification and management of potential cyber threats.
3. Improving resilience across our supply chain
   Assessing Cyber Essentials coverage across our suppliers and taking a risk-based approach to strengthening supply chain cyber security.

We also commit to encouraging stronger cyber resilience throughout our wider supply chain and reporting publicly on the progress we make.
